Turn emails into calendar events — in one click.

MailGenie reads the Gmail email you're currently viewing, detects any meetings, appointments, or events it mentions, and lets you add them to Google Calendar with a single click. Emails with several events return all of them.

What it does

Detects scheduling info in the open email using AI.
Shows an editable event card — adjust the title, date, time, or location.
Creates the event directly on your Google Calendar when you approve it.
When an email asks when you're free ("when can you play tennis?"), checks your calendar and suggests conflict-free times — then drafts a reply for you to review and send.

Privacy

MailGenie only reads the message you have open, never stores your email content on its servers, and never sells your data. Your calendar is read in your browser; only anonymous busy/free times — never event titles or guests — are used to compute time suggestions. Read the full Privacy Policy.
